Development & sampling
We begin with your brief, reference, tech pack or sample. Construction, measurements and decoration requirements are translated into a prototype and refined before bulk.

The production roadmap defines the checkpoints that move a custom product from concept and sampling through bulk manufacturing, quality control, packing and delivery.

Materials are selected around composition, GSM, hand feel, performance, color, finish and target price, then checked before cutting.

Patterns establish silhouette, fit and construction. Once approved, grading prepares the style across the required size range.

Approved fabric is laid, marked and cut with consistency so every production component follows the approved pattern.

Artwork is produced through sublimation, screen print, DTF, DTG, heat transfer, embroidery, chenille, rhinestones or other approved techniques.

Industrial sewing converts cut components into finished garments with construction and workmanship checks throughout the line.

When required, garments move through garment dyeing, acid wash, distressing, fade or other special finish development.

Measurements, stitching, decoration, shade and finishing are inspected against the approved specifications before packing.

Brand labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging are completed to the agreed specification before cartons are closed.

Finished production is prepared for export and coordinated for worldwide delivery to your business, club or organization.

Our edited production film follows real stages from precision cutting through embroidery and finishing to final bagging and carton packing.
